Quilts and painting, how can this be combined? Very easy, it’s just a matter of how you look at things. The Gee’s Bend quilts are my inspiration this time for my color collage. The women of Gee’s Bend make wonderful quilts using old and damaged clothing. There freedom in design is, in my opinion, what makes them unique.
